2009 ANNUAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION FORM
This form is submitted annually by all local governments that have OWDA loans. Mail to OWDA by no later than October 1, 2010 to fulfill your annual requirement to furnish financial information for water and/or wastewater utilities with OWDA obligations.
